Terible hotel. - when we checked out we had to pay for drinks we did not take from the minibar. We tried to disagree with this, but they were talking with us in vietnamees and pretended did not understanding us. Finally to get back our passports we paid the bill. - hotel is located far from the center of city. (45 min. walk or 15 by taxi) - near to hotel you will not find a good places where to eat - you cant order any food in the hotel - hotel stuff don't speak in english at all - there was no electricity in hotel for some time during our staying there - wifi was terrribly slow and sometimes was not available at all. Dont choose this hotel.

We made a trip from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi. Danang was our fourth stop and this hotel is the worse and quite expensive for whatever it offered. Services are awful. We had to wait for half hour for a 2-eggs breakfast with an undrinkable coffee while we were the only guests in the restaurant. We later found other hotels in the neighbourhood with better rate and services. It will be my first and last visit to Atlantic Hotel Danang.

It's in a quiet location and a short walk to the beach. There are expensive restaurants along the beach or very good cheap Vietnamese places within the block. Not a lot of English in the area but everyone was very friendly and helpful. The staff tried very hard to help any way. Not only did there Visa machine work. This was the first place we have not been charged a 3% fee for using the Visa.

We had no negative experiences and extended our 2 night booking to 5.
